The great challenge of T.T.I experience

Everything here in Austin is being a challenge for me speacially the long walking we have done throughout the Campus, but it is being very worth. The classes are so rich and all the teachers are full of amazing experiences that I can not wait to share with my coleagues in Tres Lagoas. It is a big responsability for me to be encharged of sharing all of this wonderful contents we have being learned here.  I knew a sort of fantastic teachers from here and also those from all over my country in this program and each one of then has taugh me new and different things about their experiences.  In each classes I have discovered that the main focus are how to make the students speak more in our classes and many different ways to make it possible. An amazing University

  Since we arrived I have been amazed about how huge this university is and I am imaging how many places or building we will not have time to visit! It is all so beautiful here. One thing that I perceveid ando thought was strange is that we have classes in different buildings throughout the university, but it was good, because this way we can knew several places here. While we go from one class to another we take pictures of a new place that we have found, but I can not tell you where is my favorite place in here yet. I like that grass, the turtles lake, the tower but the beautiful fountain is one my favorites.

Introduting myself

 Let me introduce myself properly, my name is Luzia and live in Três Lagoas a city placed at the East of Mato Grosso do Sul,where a I teach English to Children from 6 to 11 years old até a Municipal School. I've been teaching at this Elementary School since 2007, and I love it.  I applied for a Program at Capes/Fulbright on 2019 but because of the pandemic they only continued the tests in 2022. Since I passed in all of the tests I was selected to come to Austin-Texas University where I am now which onde I will live here for about 42 days with another 34 wondefull teachers from every states of Brazil to improve our knoledgement in English and appy on our classes when we get back. The University is so huge and beautiful I got charmed by it.  The first day we had breakfast at the Campus and the instrutions in the morning. Arriving at Austin-Texas

  This is me and my friend Sandra. We até from Três Lagoas/MS, since São Paulo we traveled about 28 hours to get in Austin, and when we finally arrived we were amazed because at the airport there were some sculptures of beautiful and colorfull guitars. On the way to our dorms we could  see lots of different houses through the windows. When we got to our apartments we Saw many kinds of different things comparing to Brazil. And the University were so huge and beautiful that we through we were downtown.
